Complete the 4-step onboarding wizard to set up your WXRK profile in about 3 minutes.
WXRK's onboarding consists of a brief 4-step wizard that takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
The Four Steps
Step 1 — Welcome
Introduces the platform and invites you to "Get started."
Step 2 — Your Profile
Collects essential information:

Click Continue when done.
Step 3 — Personality (MBTI)
Determines your communication style through two options:
- Mini test — 8 Likert-scale questions covering the four MBTI dimensions
- Direct selection — Choose from 16 types organized into Analysts, Diplomats, Sentinels, and Explorers groups
Your MBTI type influences the adjective palette, sentence structure, and emphasis of your cover letter.
Step 4 — Ready
Displays a confirmation screen with your selected MBTI type and tone preview before directing you to the Dashboard.
Updating MBTI Later
You can modify your personality type anytime through Profile settings by either:
- Retaking the assessment
- Manually overriding your type via the dropdown selector
Changes apply to subsequently generated cover letters.
After Onboarding
All profile information can be updated later through the Profile and Technical Review sections.
