Generation Methods

CV Generation

Takes your Technical Review and job description, then selects the most relevant experiences, projects, and skills to produce an optimized document.

Cover Letter Generation

Uses your Technical Review, MBTI type, job description, and personal context to create a cover letter in your personality voice — typically 3–4 paragraphs.

Generate All

Run both simultaneously for efficiency.

Processing

Generation runs asynchronously:

PENDING → STARTED → SUCCESS

Most requests complete within 10–30 seconds. The page polls the backend periodically and updates when complete.

Post-Generation Workflow

Generated documents appear in separate tabs where you can:

  • Edit inline
  • Check word counts
  • Export as PDF

The cover letter is anchored to a specific CV document and won't be overwritten unless explicitly requested.

Fit Analysis

The Fit Analysis tab displays:

  • Overall compatibility score (0–100)
  • Skill-by-skill breakdown
  • Gap analysis with suggestions

Timeline

The Timeline section lets you record:

  • Notes
  • Interview dates
  • Contact information

Regeneration

Regeneration is permitted anytime. However, submitted applications trigger a warning before overwriting your existing documents.
