User Journey

The typical candidate workflow involves four main stages:

  1. Account Setup & Onboarding — Complete a brief personality assessment (MBTI)
  2. Technical Review — Document work experience, projects, and professional achievements

Your Technical Review is the raw material the AI uses to produce tailored CVs. Think of it as an enhanced LinkedIn experience section — structured, searchable, and AI-ready. The more detail you add, the sharper your generated documents become.

Applications

An Application in WXRK connects a job description to your profile and Technical Review. It's the starting point for generating a CV and cover letter.

Fit Score

Before you generate, WXRK scores the fit between your profile and the job description — calling out gaps, surfacing strengths, and giving a verdict: go, stretch, or no.

WXRK philosophy: We rephrase and re-emphasize what you actually did. If you didn't do something, we don't invent it. The fit analysis will tell you when the gap is too big.
